In 2002, veteran Executive Producer and MTV Head of Production Bob Kusbit launched his own television and production company, One Louder Productions. Since then, One Louder has created, developed and produced hundreds of hours of programming across network and cable TV, including the multiple Emmy Award winning MTV series "MADE." One Louder’s 2017 slate includes projects for multiple broadcast and cable networks as well as syndication.

Bob Kusbit - President and Executive Producer

Bob Kusbit has created, developed and produced shows in every genre of television.  Starting out in television news, he quickly moved from small stations to Fox and NBC in New York, and made the jump into entertainment and syndication as the President of Maury Povich's MoPo Productions.  In 1997, Kusbit was named Head of Production for MTV, launching their Times Square Studio and creating the mega hit Total Request Live with Carson Daly.  Over the next five years, Kusbit took franchises like Spring Break, New Year's Eve in Times Square and the Summer Beach House to record ratings, and created and launched numerous events, specials and series.  in 2002, Kusbit left MTV to start One Louder Productions, beginning a run of hit series that continues today.  In 2007, MTV Networks came to Kusbit with a unique opportunity, signing him as the Head of Development for CMT while allowing him to continue running One Louder Productions.  While at CMT, Kusbit oversaw the highest rated programs and quarters in CMT’s history, including “Gone Country” and “My Big Redneck Wedding,” and Executive Produced CMT’s first sitcom, “Working Class” with Melissa Peterman and Ed Asner. In January of 2011, Kusbit returned to One Louder Productions full time.

Robert Yacyshyn - Executive in Charge of Production

A graduate of Penn State University, Robert Yacyshyn worked at MTV for over 10 years on such projects as TRL, the VMA’s and Run’s House. Some of his proudest work was on MTV’s MADE, for which he worked on eight seasons over six years winning three Daytime Emmy Awards in the process. In 2010, he earned his MBA from Columbia University and began to moonlight at One Louder Productions as the resident Line Producer. There, he grew into the Executive in Charge of Production (EIC), a position he continues today, managing all logistical, financial and legal details for the company. In 2014, Rob transitioned from MTV to Follow Productions to serve as EIC of their growing company. Today, Rob works for both Follow Productions & One Louder Productions and couldn’t be happier to share his passion for quality entertainment with the world.

Ellen Berkman Davis - Director of Development and Casting

As the Director of Development and Casting for One Louder, Ellen Berkman Davis conceptualizes and develops new series ideas. And as a casting director for One Louder's new series, she talks to people everywhere she goes. "I have always been interested in meeting new people and seeing what makes them tick. Even as a kid, I was interviewing all of my neighbors and friends." Before coming to One Louder, she spent almost a decade as the casting department manager of the CBS reality shows "Survivor" and the Emmy Award winning "The Amazing Race.” She also worked in Production on various Fox television shows before moving to CBS.

Jesse Colaizzi - Development and Production Director and Editor

Jesse Colaizzi is the Development and Production Director and Editor on One Louder and Follow Productions' Creative teams.  He directs, shoots and edits everything from sizzle reels to entire show episodes.  Jesse cut his teeth working on TV ads and industrial films, freelancing for sports, news and cable reality and was also an Assistant Professor at Point Park University.  He holds a BA from Penn State University, an MA from Point Park University, and an MFA from Chatham University in Film and Digital technology.

 

Jennifer Taormina Lawson - Associate Producer

Jennifer Taormina Lawson works alongside the casting, production and editing departments, playing an integral part in each aspect of development and production.  She has served as a Line Producer, Associate Producer and Production Coordinator for Pittsburgh's Steeltown Entertainment Project, and helped run their contest that found Chet Welch, the star of One Louder's "Farm Queen's" for GAC.  Jen is also an avid filmmaker, and her short film, THE BIG FOLD has won numerous film festival awards and was screened at the Director's Guild of America in 2013.
